Huawei’s new flagship phones are coming to Australia on the 25th of May

Huawei P10 Plus

Huawei’s new flagship phones, the P10 and P10 Plus will be available from the 25th of May 2017 on various Telco like Vodafone, Optus, and Virgin Mobile (plan details will follow). They will also be available to be bought outright for A$899 (Huawei P10) and A$1099 (Huawei P10 Plus).

If you have not heard of Huawei yet, its previous Huawei Mate 9 wow-ed lots of camera-on-the-smartphone enthusiasts with its Leica Dual Camera setup. The phone offers amazing photos, along with what some reviewers claim as the perfect phone in terms of design and performance in complete package.

We reviewed a mid-range Huawei phone last time (Huawei P8 Lite) and quite amazed with the build and photos quality, considering the price.

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus now comes with Leica Dual-Camera 2.0 (on the P10) and 2.0 Pro (on the P10 Plus). With 3D facial detection technology, dynamic illumination, and new depth-of-field algorithm to create a natural bokeh-effect, portrait photos look much clearer and better.

Not to mention that the P series also feature a Hybrid Zoom with an autofocus system and also Optical Image Stabilisation to make better low-light shoots.

Huawei P10 Plus also features the Leica Dual-Camera 2.0 Pro Edition with an F/1.8 aperture lense and higher optical capability. So if you want the best camera lens, you should pick the P10 Plus over the P10.

The P10 will be available in three colours in Australia: Graphic Black, Dazzling Blue (exclusive to Optus) and Gold (exclusive to Vodafone). The P10 Plus will be available in Graphite Black.
