Diablo IV Open Beta and Early Access Information – Dates, Minimum Specs, etc

Are you ready to join the battle against Lilith’s armies in Diablo IV? Well, get ready to sharpen your weapons, as the game’s Open Beta and Early Access weekends are coming soon to Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.

If you’ve pre-purchased Diablo IV, you’ll have exclusive Early Access to the Open Beta from March 17-19. For those who haven’t pre-purchased, fear not! The Open Beta will be available to everyone from March 24-26. Join the fray and experience the thrill of fighting against Lilith’s legions.

During both the Open Beta and Early Access weekends, players will have the chance to dive headfirst into the world of Diablo IV. You’ll get a sneak peek of the campaign via the Prologue and the entirety of Act 1.

While participating in the Open Beta and Early Access weekends, your character can only reach Level 25, but that won’t stop you from playing Diabo IV until the Open Beta ends. You can still have fun by venturing into dungeons, completing quests, and collecting powerful loot from vanquished foes. Early Access to the Open Beta kicks off on March 17 at 9 a.m. PST, and wraps up on March 20 at 12 p.m. PST.

This is your chance to play Diablo IV before the game’s official release on June 6. However, please note that this is obviously still a beta so you may experience bugs and issues. You can always give feedback and help improving Diablo IV final version release.

If you’re looking to get a head start during the Early Access weekend, you’ll be able to choose from three distinct classes: the Barbarian, Rogue, or Sorcerer. These classes are perfect for players who are eager to jump into the fray and begin exploring the world of Sanctuary. During the Open Beta weekend, two additional classes will become available: the Druid and the Necromancer.

You can create up to 10 characters under a single Battle.net account so once you reach Level 25, you can always create and try out other classes during the Early Access and Open Beta. Your progress will transfer from the Early Access to Open Beta weekends but all these will be deleted once the beta ends.
