The newest Find X5 series is the first to feature OPPO’s self-designed MariSilicon X Imaging NPU which tackles the greatest challenge in a smartphone: night-time recording.
Thanks to the cutting-edge 6nm architecture, real-time RAW processing, and up to 20x faster 4K AI performance, the latest and greatest in the X5 series will be the one you should go for if you are serious about night videography and photography.
OPPO Find X5 Series features a dual flagship IMX766 camera system, unrivaled performance, ultra-fast 5G connectivity, and incredible SUPERVOOC Flash Charging technology for that fast charging you need to top up your device’s battery.
There are three phones in the new series: OPPO Find X5 Lite, OPPO Find X5, and OPPO Find X5 Pro. Obviously, if you are looking for OPPO’s most powerful and best phone, look no further than the OPPO Find X5 Pro. The OPPO Find X2 Pro that I reviewed was nothing short of impressive but to be honest, even the Neo (which is the mid-range in the series) is already amazing (check my review on the Find X3 Neo).
The Find X5 Pro is on another level though. It features a spacecraft-inspired curved body with ultra-hard, true ceramic back. The front display is a 6.7-inch ultra-clear curved AMOLED screen with WQHD+ resolution, 100% P3 colour gamut coverage, and 120Hz refresh rate.
Specs wise, the X5 Pro is powered by the latest multicore Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB storage. A large 5,000mAh is backed with an 80W SUPERVOOC Flash-charging technology that can charge it from 0 to 50% in just 12 minutes. There is also wireless charging support using OPPO’s 50W AIRVOOC technology.
