Dyson has unveiled its latest floorcare innovation, the Dyson WashG1, designed to provide a comprehensive cleaning solution for hard floors. With a focus on hygienic cleaning and hassle-free maintenance, the WashG1 offers a revolutionary approach to wet floor cleaning, effortlessly tackling both wet and dry debris for a pristine clean.
This may have sound familiar if you’ve been following our reviews on Tineco’s products like the FLOOR ONE S7 PRO I’m currently using, or the more recent release of the FLOOR ONE S7 STEAM. Dyson as usual, opts for a more sophisticated way of doing the clean.
The Dyson WashG1 utilises highly absorbent microfibre filament rollers that counter-rotate to effectively tackle spills, debris, and tough stains on hard floors. This innovative technology ensures a thorough clean, leaving surfaces barefoot clean.
Dyson’s new separation technology divides wet and dry debris at the source, allowing for easy disposal and hassle-free maintenance. With a durable extraction system and a removable debris tray, cleaning the WashG1 is a breeze. It has no cleaning station like Tineco though.
Designed for ease of use, the WashG1 effortlessly glides across hard floors and reaches into hard-to-access spaces, ensuring no corner is left uncleaned.
Users can adjust the level of hydration based on debris type, flooring, or personal preference, thanks to the WashG1’s custom hydration control feature. With low, medium, high, and boost modes, users have full control over the cleaning process.
The WashG1’s rollers span the full width of the cleaner head, allowing for edge-to-edge cleaning and reaching into corners. With two motors spinning in opposite directions, the WashG1 ensures thorough cleaning in both directions.
The Dyson WashG1 wet floor cleaner is available for pre-order now, priced at AU$999. Exclusively through Dyson Direct, owners will receive an additional set of rollers with every
unit purchased.
