Logitech G has unveiled fifteen new products at Logitech G PLAY 2026, spanning competitive gaming, creator gear, sim racing and mainstream gaming peripherals. The biggest announcements include new additions to the PRO Series, the redesigned Yeti 2 microphone, fresh G3 hardware and several additions to Logitech G’s sim racing ecosystem.
New Logitech G PRO Series gear
For competitive gamers, Logitech G introduced the PRO X3 SUPERSTRIKE Gaming Mouse, priced at $299.95 AUD (check my review on the X2 SUPERSTRIKE). Developed with professional esports players, the mouse focuses on improved balance, efficiency and responsiveness. Logitech says it delivers a 50% improvement in power efficiency while maintaining a lightweight design, with its new HITS technology handling input performance.
Joining it is the PRO X Control Mousepad at $99.95 AUD. Measuring 400 x 460mm, it uses a knitted cloth surface designed for consistent movement in every direction, along with 6mm Slimflex Foam and a high-friction base.
The new PRO X2 RAPID Gaming Keyboard costs $399.95 AUD and features custom magnetic switches, Rapid Trigger and Key Priority. Players can fine-tune actuation and sensitivity through Logitech G HUB or directly from the keyboard’s onboard OLED display.
There is also the PRO X3 LIGHTSPEED Gaming Headset at $449.95 AUD, featuring a 48kHz microphone, customisable EQ and longer battery life (check my review on the PRO X Superlight 2).
Having reviewed plenty of Logitech gaming gear over the years, it is exciting to see the company continuing to refine its esports-focused lineup and honestly, the PRO series are the ones that excite me all the time, having used all the PRO peripherals.
Yeti 2 gets smarter
And then, we have the Yeti 2 microphone. It’s been years since the first, original Yeti (check my review on the Yeti Nano while you’re here), so this is quite surprising. The original Yeti has been a popular choice among streamers, podcasters and creators for years, and this new version adds considerably more intelligence. Yeti 2 includes a voice proximity sensor that tracks the speaker’s position in three dimensions and can dynamically adjust gain, EQ and pickup patterns as they move.
It also includes AI-powered noise reduction, a colour LED display and full integration with Logitech G HUB, including Blue VO!CE profiles and custom avatar support. Microphone positioning can make a noticeable difference to recording quality, so automatic adjustment could be useful for streamers who move around while talking.
Streamlabs, G HUB and G3 updates
Logitech G is also updating Streamlabs with a rebuilt mobile app. A new Network Boost feature for Streamlabs Ultra can combine cellular and Wi-Fi connections to help reduce dropped frames, while SRT support is designed to provide lower-latency mobile streaming.
G HUB Replay is another new addition. The free software can automatically record gameplay, identify standout moments and generate highlight clips without requiring manual video editing.
The G3 range is also expanding with the G316 X 75 compact mechanical keyboard, new G-KEYCAPS accessories and a Lilac colourway for selected G305 X SUPERLIGHT and G316 X models.
Existing G502 X PLUS and G502 X LIGHTSPEED owners will also receive a firmware upgrade through G HUB, increasing maximum HERO sensor resolution to 44,000 DPI and adding independent X and Y sensitivity adjustments.
More sim racing hardware
Logitech G has also expanded its sim racing range with standalone versions of the G923 wheel, RS50 direct-drive system and new RS Pedals SE. The company also revealed the RS50 McLaren Racing Edition, which pairs an 8Nm direct-drive wheelbase with Logitech’s TRUEFORCE technology and McLaren’s Papaya styling.
These releases should excite all kinds of gamers – casual, professional, and esport players. Or if you are a content creator.
