Fitbit just unveiled not just one, but three upgrades to their best Fitbit trackers and watches before the end of 2022. The next generation of Fitbit wearables will combine the best of Fitbit tools and Google’s AI to make better, smarter devices. The new Fitbit Inspire 3, Versa 4, and Sense 2 are thinner and more comfortable to wear, among with some internal upgrades.
Fitbit Inspire 3
Fitbit Inspire is Fitbit’s tracker line, for those who are looking to track their health and activities with a bracelet-type of wearable on the wrist. It’s affordable and simpler compared to the Versa and Sense. A great, entry level Fitbit wearable with up to 10 days of battery life.
Fitbit Inspire 3 retails for A$179.95 and is available for pre-order now (ships by 15 September 2022).
Fitbit Versa 4
Fitbit Versa 4 is Fitbit’s smartwatch that offers over 40 exercise modes, real-time stats, has a built-in GPS with up to 6 days of battery life. If you like having a smartwatch-alike wearable on your wrist to track your exercises, this is definitely Fitbit’s finest. Make sure to check my Fitbit Versa 3 review while you’re here to see what the previous generation was capable of.
The built-in GPS was introduced in Versa 3 and I’m glad to see it stays on the newer Versa 4.
Fitbit Versa 4 retails for A$379.95 and available for pre-order now (ships by 29 September 2022).
Fitbit Sense 2
Fitbit Sense 2 is the pricier of the bunch, but that is because Fitbit Sense 2 is Fitbit’s most advanced health-focused smartwatch that helps you manage stress and can also track your heart health. It’s equipped with sensors that can detect signs of atrial fibrillation, heart rate variability, skin temperature, and more. There is also a new Body Response sensor which measures cEDA for all-day stress management.
Fitbit Sense 2 retails for A$449.95 and available for pre-order now (ships by 29 September 2022).
