Following the success of Fitbit ChargeHR and Fitbit Flex activity trackers, the company has announced the successors earlier this week.
Fitbit ChargeHR (check out our ChargeHR review) has a heart rate monitor that can help your exercise and push it further to maintain or improve your fitness level.
Fitbit Flex is simpler and cheaper than the ChargeHR (also check our Flex review if you haven’t), for those who don’t need the more premium features.
Fitbit Charge 2 and Flex 2 come with revamped design that still track your health and exercise activities while adding a few new features to motivate you further.
Fitbit Charge 2
In addition to Fitbit PurePulse heart rate tracking, Fitbit Charge 2 comes with an enhanced exercise experience, health and fitness tools (like Breathing Sessions), smart notifications, interval workout mode, and a larger display with interchangeable bands.
The new display is four times larger than the original ChargeHR for better personalisations and clearer display.
Fitbit Charge 2 is available now in major Australia retailers including Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks and Rebel Sport for $249.95 AUD RRP.
Fitbit Flex 2
Fitbit Flex 2 is now swim-proof for the first time and comes with a removeable tracker design that can transform your style on the go with stylish new accessories.
So, for example, you can transform it into the usual bracelet-style, or even into a pendant. There’s even a 22k-plated gold or rose gold option as well.
Fitbit Flex 2 Flex 2 is available for presale on Fitbit and will be available in October at local retailers for $149.95 AUD.
