Why providing BI experience ‘beyond the product’ is critical beyond COVID-19

Now, more than ever, business intelligence is a must-have for companies serious about building resiliency during and beyond the pandemic. But business intelligence providers need to provide more than ‘just a product’ in these volatile times, they need to provide a customer-centric experience, that addresses industry pain points at a deeper level.
