I don’t know about you, but I have lots of wireless devices hungry to be charged here at home (most of them are review devices). But we do have a couple of iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 12 mini), a few Android phones like the Google Pixel 6 Pro, a few wireless earbuds (AirPods, Jabra Elite 85t, OPPO Enco earphones, and many others), and my wife’s Apple Watch.
While we have our “charging corner” with all the cables lying around, nothing can beat the practicality of this mophie 4-in-1 wireless charging mat. It basically is a wireless charging mat that can charge up to 4 Qi enabled devices at the same time, plus another wired device through USB-A.
Thanks to a centralised charging hub, you can definitely say goodbye to cable clutter. For Apple Watch, there is an Apple Watch adapter to plug into the mat but if you don’t have one, you can safely tuck it away back inside the packaging box. Note that for charging an Apple Watch, you do have to provide your own magnetic charger that you can place in the adapter and plug into the mat’s USB-A slot.
The charging mat itself is quite big (since you can charge a lot) so it does require a bit of extra space on the desk. But considering you will cut down lots of charging stands and remove cable clutters, the space needed is worth it.
It has a stylish fabric finish to fit modern homes and thanks to the “easy-align valleys”, it’s quicker to find that wireless charging sweet spot (compared to their Dual Wireless Charging Pad which requires a bit of guess work). There are also white LED indicators to confirm that the devices are positioned correctly and being charged properly.
Any Qi-enabled devices will work here, so not just iPhone and AirPods. And if your phones are within a slim case (up to 3mm of thickness), the mat can charge through as well. My iPhone 12 Pro Max inside the Totallee’s 0.5mm thickness case can get its wireless charging juice just fine.
Note that according to the specifications, the mat can wireless charge a device at up to 10W each – which may not exactly give you the fastest charging on Android phones supporting 15W. It’s fast enough for most cases, especially if you like to charge your phone through the night while you sleep, like I do.
