Mobile phone manufacturers (includes Nokia, Samsung, Motorola) had agreed to standardized all chargers to save consumer’s money and also to reduce waste. This means that in the future, we’ll only need 1 charger to charge all of our mobile/cell phones! One charger to rule them all!
At the moment I have 3 different phone chargers at home (for my HTC P3600i PocketPC, Nokia 6300, and my old Sony Ericsson T630). It’d be great to see this coming but unfortunately, it won’t be until 2012 :(
