Along with the announcement of the new iPad and Apple TV, Apple has also released an update to iOS (from iOs 5.01 to iOS 5.1) plus iTunes 10.6.
To update iTunes: open iTunes and check the software updates for your device and also for iTunes. I was expecting something funky on iOS 5.1 but I guess bug or issue fixes are good too.

- Addresses an issue where songs may skip when playing from iCloud
