It can easily be paired to your phone via Bluetooth so even if you still want to use your phone, music can still be played through its speaker.
With up to 10W of wireless charging, you can fast charge your phone while on the stand. For example, iPhone can utilise 7.5W wireless charging on Qi wireless charging pads, but other Android phones can utilise the 10W for sure.
The wireless charging also works in both Portrait and Landscape orientation (which I wasn’t expected to). Plus, it can charge through my iPhone 12 Pro Max’s thick OtterBox Commuter case. According to Belkin, it should be compatible with most non-metal cases up to 3mm of thickness.
All combined, Belkin BOOSTCHARGE Wireless Charging Stand + Speaker is excellent for all types of things such as to hold the phone while doing video calls and charging it at the same time, to elevate your music listening experience, and when you need to constantly watch a security camera like our Owlet nursery cam at night (which drains the battery).
