EcoFlow has just dropped two new products that Australian campers and outdoor enthusiasts have been waiting for. The portable power company announced the arrival of the EcoFlow WAVE 3 air conditioner and heater, alongside the EcoFlow GLACIER Classic electric cooler, both designed to tackle our harsh summer conditions whether you’re camping, caravanning, or spending long weekends at the beach.
Both the WAVE 3 and GLACIER Classic pack meaningful improvements over their predecessors, focusing on better portability, extended battery life, and smarter controls that actually make a difference when you’re off-grid. In case you don’t know, we’ve reviewed their WAVE 2 and it’s a truly remarkable, portable air conditioner and heater – so make sure to check the review out.
EcoFlow WAVE 3 Keeps Things Cool (or Warm) Anywhere

The WAVE 3 handles spaces between 118 and 183 square feet, which covers most campervans, tents, and smaller cabins perfectly. With 6,100 BTU of cooling power, it can drop the temperature by 8°C in just 15 minutes, while the 6,800 BTU heating function raises temperatures by 9°C just as quickly for those chilly outback nights.
There is now a new carry bag and stabilising strap system – perfect for outdoor usse. The optional 1,024Wh battery gives you up to eight hours of continuous operation, and you can charge it through multiple methods depending on your setup.
The smart app integration covers the basics well, letting you control temperature settings, set timers, and access the Pet Care Smart Switch feature. That last one is particularly useful for keeping pets safe during hot days when you need to step away from camp.
GLACIER Classic Takes Electric Cooling Seriously

The GLACIER Classic tackles the age-old camping problem of keeping food and drinks properly cold without relying on ice. This 3-in-1 unit works as a fridge, freezer, or both simultaneously thanks to its removable dual-zone divider.
Three sizes are available: 35L, 45L, and 55L, with the largest holding up to 90 cans. The clever design accommodates multipacks without unpacking, and the dual-opening lid means you can access contents regardless of how it’s positioned in your vehicle.
Battery performance is solid, delivering up to 43 hours of off-grid cooling on a single charge. Six charging methods include solar, car, and USB-C options, so you can keep it running regardless of your power source. The integrated cutting board divider and real-time temperature monitoring through the app add practical touches that show EcoFlow understands how people actually use these devices.
