CORSAIR has unveiled its SABRE v3 PRO PureVector wireless gaming mouse series, introducing a new aiming technology developed in partnership with Aimlabs that automatically adjusts directional sensitivity based on individual player performance.
Announced on October 20, 2026, the new lineup marks the debut of PureVector, a patented technology designed to improve aiming speed and consistency by identifying and compensating for individual aiming weaknesses.
Unlike conventional gaming mice that rely on a single DPI setting across all movements, PureVector recognises that players may have different levels of accuracy and control depending on the direction of their mouse movements. These differences can result from natural variations in biomechanics and muscle coordination.
To address this, PureVector uses an Aimlabs calibration process to analyse directional aiming performance and automatically generate a personalised sensitivity profile. The settings are stored directly in the mouse’s firmware, allowing players to use their customised configuration across games without requiring additional software to run in the background.
According to CORSAIR, the technology draws on data from billions of Aimlabs training sessions involving more than 50 million players. Internal testing showed that PureVector could reduce the aiming and correction phase by up to 81 milliseconds, representing a 33% improvement.
Six models across three materials
The SABRE v3 PRO PureVector series consists of six models spanning three construction materials: ABS plastic, magnesium alloy, and carbon fiber. Each material is available in a symmetrical design or a sculpted ergonomic shape for right-handed users.
The SABRE v3 PRO PureVector ULTRALIGHT weighs 37g, while its ergonomic counterpart weighs 41g. Both use lightweight ABS construction and offer up to 140 hours of battery life at a 1,000Hz polling rate or up to 25 hours at 8,000Hz. The mice support 2.4GHz wireless connectivity and wired USB-C operation, with black and white color options available.
The SABRE v3 PRO PureVector MG models feature a magnesium alloy exoskeleton designed to provide additional structural rigidity. The symmetrical version weighs 49g, while the ergonomic model weighs 55g. Both offer up to 200 hours of battery life at 1,000Hz, up to 31 hours at 8,000Hz, and up to 200 hours over Bluetooth. Connectivity options include 2.4GHz wireless, USB-C, and Bluetooth 6.0.
Positioned at the top of the lineup, the SABRE v3 PRO PureVector CF models feature carbon fiber unibody construction. The symmetrical model weighs 48g, while the ergonomic version weighs 54g. Both offer the same battery life and connectivity options as the magnesium models, feature a matte carbon fiber finish, and include a carry case.
All six SABRE v3 PRO PureVector mice share the same core performance hardware, including CORSAIR’s new MARKSMAN X optical sensor. The sensor supports up to 42,000 DPI with single-DPI adjustments, 800 inches-per-second tracking, 70G acceleration, and a claimed 99.7% resolution accuracy.
The mice also feature a Nordic 54-series microcontroller supporting polling rates of up to 8,000Hz over both wired and 2.4GHz wireless connections. CORSAIR claims an average click latency of 0.25 milliseconds.
Other hardware upgrades include CORSAIR optical switches rated for 100 million clicks and an optical scroll wheel encoder, replacing traditional mechanical components to reduce input delay.
Each mouse comes with grip tape in black and white, along with larger UPE performance mouse skates. Users can also configure DPI settings, macros, and button assignments through the browser-based CORSAIR Web Hub without installing dedicated desktop software.
