The company’s commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in its consistent performance across several categories, including reliability, cost, print quality, and speed. This year, Brother not only leads in overall satisfaction but also remains the top recommendation among friends.

PCMag’s Contributing Editor, Ben Gottensman, commends Brother for its unparalleled customer focus, highlighting its dominance in satisfaction ratings for over a decade.

In addition to the Readers’ Choice Award, Brother’s HL-L9310CDW and PJ883 printers received Editor’s Choice titles for Best Colour Laser Printer and Best Portable Document Printer, respectively. In the scanner category, Brother’s ADS-4900W and DS-940SW were recognized as Best High-Volume Document Scanner for Offices and Best Portable Document Scanner, standing out among single-sheet portable scanners.

We’ve reviewed a few of their devices and so far are really impressed with them: PT-D610BT (Desktop Label Printer) and MFC-J5855DW XL (MFC printer).

Stefanie Matthews, Marketing Manager at Brother International Australia, attributes these achievements to the company’s unwavering commitment to its customers.
