The Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 collaboration, launched on May 20, 2025 is Blizzard’s largest crossover event with an external video game IP, featuring eight unique Legendary skins that transform Overwatch 2 heroes into iconic Street Fighter 6 characters.
This event, announced at EVO Japan 2025, brings together the fast-paced hero shooter with Capcom’s legendary fighting game, offering players a blend of vibrant cosmetics, animations, and thematic challenges. Below is a detailed overview of the collaboration skins, their design inspirations, and additional event content.
Collaboration Skins

The collaboration introduces eight Overwatch 2 heroes reimagined as Street Fighter 6 fighters, each with carefully crafted Legendary skins that incorporate iconic moves, stances, and visual effects from the fighting game. The skins are:
- Juno as Chun-Li: Juno channels Chun-Li’s lightning-fast kicks, with animations that emphasise her agility and signature spinning kicks. The skin captures Chun-Li’s iconic qipao and powerful martial arts aesthetic, though some fans argue Mei would have been a better fit due to her similar body type and playstyle (plus, Mei comes from China).
- Hanzo as Ryu: Hanzo embodies Ryu’s calm fury, wielding a bow styled after Ryu’s martial arts essence. His animations include nods to Ryu’s Hadoken and Shoryuken, blending archery with fighting game flair. Since we don’t really have other martial artists apart from Doomfist, I guess Hanzo would be the perfect one as Ryu here.
- Widowmaker as Cammy: Widowmaker’s skin mirrors Cammy’s lethal precision, featuring her red beret, long blonde hair, and green leotard. Subtle details, like a visor on her hat, maintain Widowmaker’s sniper identity while paying homage to Cammy’s classic design.
- Kiriko as Juri: Kiriko’s chaotic energy aligns with Juri’s fierce persona, with the skin showcasing Juri’s taekwondo-inspired moves and edgy aesthetic. You might recognise a similar Tracer Highlight Intro for this Kiriko’s skin (riding on a bike), but I have no complaints.
- Soldier: 76 as Guile: Soldier: 76 dons Guile’s military-inspired look, complete with a flat-top haircut and army jacket. The skin blends Soldier’s tactical gear with Guile’s style and of course, with the signature’s Guile hair-combing emote.
- Winston as Blanka: Winston’s Blanka skin features a futuristic take on the wild fighter, with overalls and green fur to highlight his beastly strength. The design showcases Winston’s muscular arms and the skin fits him perfectly here.
- Zenyatta as Dhalsim: Zenyatta’s Dhalsim skin incorporates yoga-inspired animations and visual effects, like Yoga Flames, to reflect Dhalsim’s serene yet deadly fighting style. The pairing suits Zenyatta’s spiritual and support-oriented gameplay. Zen is one of my mains but I can’t get rid of his awesome, Mythic skin. Still a good one for the collection though.
- Sigma as M. Bison (Vega): Sigma’s imposing presence matches M. Bison’s commanding aura, with the skin featuring Bison’s signature red military uniform and psychic energy effects. I haven’t found the perfect Sigma skin so this might be it.
These skins are available for purchase individually, in two Mega Bundles (Mega Bundle 1: Juno as Chun-Li, Hanzo as Ryu, Zenyatta as Dhalsim, Sigma as M. Bison; Mega Bundle 2: Kiriko as Juri, Widowmaker as Cammy, Winston as Blanka, Soldier: 76 as Guile), or in an Ultra Bundle containing all eight skins and their associated cosmetics.

You can purchase these skins using the in-game Overwatch coins or with real money.
Overwatch has been on fire with these awesome skins collaboration like the Avatar, Transformers, and Cowboy Beebop, to name a few.
