Tineco has just dropped some impressive cleaning innovations at IFA 2025 in Berlin, showcasing three major advancements that push intelligent floor care into new territory. With over 19.5 million products sold globally, the company continues building on its reputation for smart home cleaning solutions. And we’ve reviewed lots of their products here at Craving Tech and I’ve always recommended them to everyone I know – especially those living in non-carpeted houses.
The standout announcements include the FLOOR ONE S9 Scientist, FLOOR ONE Station S9 Artist, and PURE ONE A90S, each bringing different approaches to automated cleaning challenges.
The FLOOR ONE S9 Scientist introduces StreakFree technology that completely scrapes water from surfaces, leaving floors immediately dry after each pass. Tineco’s iLoop Technology handles the smart stuff, automatically adjusting suction power and water flow based on what it detects. When you hit stubborn stains, the HydroBurst mode kicks in with a 15-degree high-pressure water jet that tackles stuck-on mess effectively.
Design-wise, the S9 Scientist includes triple-sided edge cleaning, SmoothDrive Technology for smooth manoeuvring, and a 90-degree swivel that makes navigation around furniture much easier. The 11cm ultra-thin profile means you can actually reach under low furniture, while the LED headlight shows up dust you’d normally miss. Operation stays near-silent, and the Pixel Light Display changes colours dynamically based on cleaning modes and dirt levels detected. Battery life hits 75 minutes on a single charge, covering most homes without interruption.
The FLOOR ONE Station S9 Artist takes a different approach as Tineco’s first floor washer with integrated station functionality. The station handles charging and houses the unit, but more importantly, it activates an upgraded FlashDry Self-Cleaning System powered by steam. This means the entire machine gets sanitised after each use without manual intervention. Combined with the intelligent technologies from the S9 Scientist, it delivers hands-free convenience that actually works.
For traditional vacuum needs, the PURE ONE A90S combines 270AW suction power with the new 3DSense Master Brush system. This unites DustSense, EdgeSense, LightSense, and Floor Type Detection into one comprehensive cleaning approach. Clogless Master Technology and a ZeroTangle Brush prevent the blockages and hair wrap issues that typically interrupt cleaning sessions. The 3D Light Display and LED screen provide real-time feedback, making the cleaning process more intuitive.
The FLOOR ONE S9 Scientist, FLOOR ONE Station S9 Artist, and PURE ONE A90S will launch globally later this year across international markets, though specific pricing and availability details for Australia haven’t been announced yet.
