With this Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass, you can take a nostalgic ride through previous, popular courses from the other Mario Kart games with a total of 48 courses!
The 48 remastered courses can be downloaded over six waves by the end of 2023 with the first wave launching now (containing 8 remastered courses).
The first wave includes:
Golden Dash Cup
- Paris Promenade (from Mario Kart Tour)
- Toad Circuit (from Mario Kart 7)
- Choco Mountain (from Mario Kart 64)
- Coconut Mall (from Mario Kart Wii)
Lucky Cat Cup
- Tokyo Blur (from Mario Kart Tour)
- Shroom Ridge (from Mario Kart DS)
- Sky Garden (from Mario Kart: Super Circuit)
- Ninja Hideaway (from Mario Kart Tour)
I think it’s a smarter way to split all these new 48 courses into different waves, rather than throwing the whole 48 new courses at the same time, which can be overwhelming to some. This way, you can enjoy the new 8 courses with your friends and get the new ones along the year.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass is a paid DLC (AU $37.50)and available on Nintendo eShop, but this is also included in the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. So anyone with a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership (either Individual AU $59.95/year or Family AU$ 109.95/year) can access these without any additional cost.
