Belkin launches SureFind Bluetooth trackers in Australia, with support for Apple Find My and Google Find Hub

Belkin has officially launched its new SureFind collection of Bluetooth trackers in Australia, offering three different options to help you keep track of everyday belongings such as keys, wallets, backpacks, and luggage.

The new range consists of the SureFind Spot, SureFind Card, and SureFind Loop Cable Tag, with prices starting at just $29.95 AUD. All three trackers support both Apple’s Find My network and Google’s Find Hub, making them suitable for iPhone and Android users.

This is great for households where not everyone uses the same smartphone ecosystem. Rather than having to purchase completely different trackers depending on which phone you own, Belkin’s SureFind collection offers compatibility with both platforms.

All three trackers also come with built-in speakers that can play an audible alert when you’re searching for something nearby. There are also left-behind notifications, so your smartphone can alert you when you’ve accidentally walked away from your belongings.

Belkin SureFind Spot – For keys, bags, and luggage

The Belkin SureFind Spot is probably the most straightforward tracker in the collection. It’s a compact Bluetooth tag designed to attach to items that tend to go missing, such as your house keys, backpack, or luggage.

Unlike some tracking devices that require an additional accessory to attach them to something, the SureFind Spot already has a built-in loop and comes with a lanyard. This means you can attach it straight out of the box without purchasing a separate holder.

It uses a replaceable battery that Belkin claims can last up to 12 months, so you won’t need to worry about regularly charging it. The tracker also has a water-resistant design and is manufactured using 85% recycled plastic.

At $29.95 AUD for a single tracker, it’s the cheapest option in the new collection. Belkin also offers a two-pack for $54.95 and a four-pack for $99.95, which could be useful if you want to keep track of several belongings at once.

Belkin SureFind Card – A slim tracker for your wallet

If you’ve ever misplaced your wallet, you’ll probably want to grab the Belkin SureFind Card. Rather than using the traditional tag-shaped design, the SureFind Card features a slim profile that can slide into a wallet, passport holder, or bag without taking up much space.

It also comes with an attachment strap, giving you the option to secure it to luggage or other belongings.

According to Belkin, the SureFind Card can last up to three years, significantly longer than the SureFind Spot’s 12-month battery life. However, Belkin hasn’t specified a user-replaceable battery for the Card.

The Card also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, making it more suitable for situations where it might be exposed to water or the occasional accidental spill. Belkin has also opted for plant-based bioplastic in its construction.

The SureFind Card is priced at $44.95 AUD and is available in Black and White.

Belkin SureFind Loop Cable Tag – A tracker that doubles as a charging cable

The most interesting product in the collection, at least in terms of design, is the Belkin SureFind Loop Cable Tag. This one combines a Bluetooth tracker with a built-in USB-C to USB-C charging cable. The braided cable doubles as a secure attachment loop, allowing you to attach the tracker to your backpack, handbag, or luggage.

When you need to charge a device, you can use the integrated USB-C cable rather than having to carry a completely separate one.

Unlike the SureFind Spot, which uses a replaceable battery, the Loop Cable Tag features a rechargeable battery that lasts up to four months per charge. It also carries an IPX4 water-resistance rating, providing protection against water splashes, and uses 85% recycled plastic in its construction.

Like the other two trackers, it supports Apple Find My and Google Find Hub, along with audible alerts and left-behind notifications. The Belkin SureFind Loop Cable Tag is priced at $44.95 AUD, putting it at the same price as the SureFind Card.

Australian pricing and availability

Belkin’s SureFind collection is available now in Australia through Belkin’s official website, Amazon, and JB Hi-Fi. All three products are available in Black and White, although the multi-packs of SureFind Spot are listed in White.
