eufy’s Revolutionary 3-in-1 Robot Vacuum Makes Its Australian Debut

eufy has just revolutionised the home cleaning game with their latest innovation, the Robot Vacuum 3-in-1 E20. I’ve seen quite a few robot vacuums in my time, but this one genuinely brings something new to the table – it’s the world’s first robot vacuum that transforms into both a stick vacuum and a handheld cleaner.

This clever piece of engineering has already made waves globally, snagging a prestigious CES 2025 Best of Innovation award. It’s worth noting that robot vacuums rarely win this recognition, which speaks volumes about what eufy has achieved here. And again, this is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this.

At the heart of this vacuum is eufy’s innovative FlexiONE technology. Rather than just cramming three separate devices into one package, they’ve created a sophisticated detachable vacuum module housing the motor, five-stage filtration system, and dust container. The engineering here is quite impressive – you can switch between robot, stick, and handheld modes without compromising cleaning performance.

When it comes to cleaning power, the numbers are substantial. The E20 delivers 8,000Pa suction in robot mode, but crank it up to stick or handheld mode and you’re looking at a whopping 30,000Pa. That’s serious cleaning muscle for those stubborn pet hair and deep carpet situations. Let the robot the daily clean and if you need some extra power, use the stick mode.

Speaking of pet hair, the auto-detangling brush combines rubber and bristle elements with special comb teeth – a thoughtful touch for homes with furry friends. The vacuum also includes millimetre-precise obstacle detection using triple-laser technology, capable of spotting and avoiding objects as small as 15mm.

One feature that particularly stands out is the auto-empty station. Both the robot and handheld components can automatically empty into this sealed unit, which only needs clearing every 75 days. Combined with the speedy 2.5-hour flash charging and impressive 180-minute runtime, it’s clear eufy has focused on convenience as much as cleaning performance.

You can find the eufy Robot Vacuum 3-in-1 E20 at major Australian retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, and The Good Guys, as well as directly through eufy.com/au, with pricing starting at A$999 – I was expecting it to be in A$1500-A$2000 range so this is a pretty good value.
