YouTube now allows you to upload 15 minutes of video

YouTube maximum length

As the title says, YouTube has recently changed their uploading policy and allows you to upload up to 15 minutes of video (previously was 10).

Nothing much to say really in this post :D Although I haven’t really found the need so far to upload more than a 10 minute video, this is a very welcomed change.

I don’t do that many videoes but I think maybe just once I wished I could have uploaded more than 10 minutes. But I’m sure it’s something lots of other users will benefit from.

Maybe you can try uploading a video review? Many people love seeing video reviews nowadays, including myself. Maybe when my English has improved I might do one or two :D

Hi Michael,

YouTube is making a lot of positive changes. I normally limit my video tutorials to 3 minutes, mainly because I don’t do much editing. As I create more of them I do plan to take advantage of the extended time allowed.

Some tutorials might take longer so I guess the change should fit you well for your future tutorials :)
