Microsoft Surface, the most anticipated tablet PC powered by Windows RT (Windows 8), is now available for a pre-order!
Not just that, the official press release I got from Microsoft today also highlights the Surface tchnical specifications, price, and other juicy details.
The Microsoft Surface with Windows RT will initially be available in 3 different types:
- 32GB version, priced at AUD 559
- 32GB version bundled with a black Touch Cover, priced at AUD 679
- 64GB version bundled with a black Touch Cover, priced at AUD 789
If you don’t like the black Touch Cover, you can always change it to a different color: black, magenta, red, white, and cyan (priced at AUD 139.99 each). You can also grab the Type Cover in black for AUD 149.99 (with keys for a more classic typing experience).
You can purchase the Surface on the 26th of October online and at Microsoft Store locations in the United States and Canada.
Surface comes with Windows RT installed, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 RT Preview
