You can download the Windows Live Installer to download your Windows Live Wave 3 applications. During the installation, you can tick on which applications you want to download and install.
UPDATE: I got a fatal error when I tried to run the Windows Live Installer.
If you have that too, download either the whole stand alone Windows Live Wave 3 installer here or the individual program installers here.

Green Version? If you’re talking about the color, you can change the theme color to anything you want

I’m happy with window’s live writer. Its much easier to transfer the posts from there online with images et al.
