		<description>Well you should see Vista&#039;s Sleep (not the Shutdown). It&#039;s like a shutdown (turns off your CPU and stuff) mixed with Hibernate. Switch on your PC, and it will be running within 1-2 seconds, with every Window/application still intact :)</description>
