- Check for Spyware
- Update your Video Card driver
- Install Vista Service Pack 1 if you haven&#039;t
- Maybe try running the snipping programs in Safe Mode? If it works, then there&#039;s something installed on your Windows that is causing the problem

		<description>Yes it does it in all the types, I even tried a couple different snipping programs with the same results.  So it is something to do with my computer whether it is something in Vista or not.  I am using Home Premium.</description>

After searching through Google, I found out that Vista Home Basic doesn&#039;t have SnippingTool installed :(
