[Sponsored Video] Work anywhere with Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 Collaboration

One of the requirements in owning your own business is being able to work anywhere. Traditionally, you would have to be sitting in front of your computer to work on your documents via Microsoft Word, presentations via PowerPoint, or communicating to your clients via Outlook.

With the Office 365 by Microsoft, you can practically work from anywhere using the same familiar applications, as long as you own a PC, laptop, tablet, or a smartphone. You can keep communicating to an important client even when you have to be on the go.

All of your documents and data are always in-sync with all of your devices. So for example, I can start creating my project proposal to a client in my desktop. Within the next hour, I can be on the road while doing the final touches. Rather than having to transfer the file to my USB drive and such, I can work seamlessly on the same file with my Windows Phone or Microsoft Surface.

It’s also easy to collaborate, so you can have other colleagues update your documents with the latest figures and data. You can check out the most up-to-date document later on and even share or comment on the updates.

Microsoft offers different plans for businesses according to your needs: Small Business, Midsize Business, and Enterprise. Make sure to check their Office 365 business plan to find out which one suits you the most. Rather than having to pay a lump sum to get the licenses, Microsoft has gone to a monthly model, which is more affordable (and good for the cash flow).

I’m actually using the Home Premium myself (check out my Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium review) and love how everything integrates together. Documents can easily be saved into your SkyDrive and updates to the service and apps are automatic. Everything also syncs pretty well and seamless.
