Qualities suffer once you go above ISO 400 though. But for daylight photos, the camera is amazing!</description>

		<description>I just got myself a Panasonic DMC G1 which is not a real SLR, still more like it than the Ricoh, I suppose. What I really like about the Pana is that it has a viewfinder like a SLR but with a display inside. This allows you to have all the advantages of live view, without being bothered by sunlight.

Still, the Ricoh does seem to be a good camera and your pictures are of impressive quality, certainly those like the melbourne night shot.
