I read that they read the seventh Harry Potter book online a month before it was published here, and nobody could do anything. Same thing with movies - you can buy them there even before they come out in theatres here. But yeah, it's still confusing why they wouldn't let you download, if you can read it - same copyright. I guess it's because if a magazine does decide to sue them, they'll have to remove it - but what if hundreds of people already downloaded the magazine before it was removed? It's just like with YouTube - it's scared to put the download feature because then you can download everything before it's removed by Fox, Walt Disney or whichever company! Of course, you can still download from YouTube nowadays! In FLV format through the internet, though you can get a free program that downloads it for you in WMV format! Anyways, still pretty cool, though like you said, I don't spend hours reading stuff on the internet. Unless it's a blog!
