Razer Megasoma Review

Razer Megasoma is a hybrid of a hard and a soft mouse mat; If you love the softness of a soft mat but want to have the speed of a hard mat, Razer Megasoma delivers (this is debatable and I guess more like a personal preference). Razer Megasoma sits somewhere in between, combining the best [...]

Mobile chargers under one banner

all cell mobile phone chargers in oneMobile phone manufacturers (includes Nokia, Samsung, Motorola) had agreed to standardized all chargers to save consumer’s money and also to reduce waste. This means that in the future, we’ll only need 1 charger to charge all of our mobile/cell phones! One charger to rule them all!

At the moment I have 3 different phone chargers at home (for my HTC P3600i PocketPC, Nokia 6300, and my old Sony Ericsson T630). It’d be great to see this coming but unfortunately, it won’t be until 2012 :(

This should come in handy! Great idea, save me the time and energy, not to mention forgetting the charger while travelling. Another 3 years to go.. I could wait! Thanks for the tips. =)

By the way, very cool favicon. Thanks for your visit.

This is the best news I have heard for a while. My home is simply cluttered with lots of different chargers all over the show. I would love something like this but I would like a generic charger that allows one to charge multiple phones at once. I cannot wait for this to come.

Instead of having a bunch of chargers, I think that all phone manufacturers should be moving towards either two options. A) Proximity charging or B) Solar panels like the new Samsung

That is a great initiative! Standardising in this manner will really be a great saving for both the cellular manufacturers and for the consumer. The biggest beneficiary will surely be our plant, with less waste having to be disposed of!

This is great news and I’m excited to see it implemented. It’s so confusing at my household as nobody knows which chargers go to which phones and we almost constantly take the wrong ones, leaving everyone stuck with incorrect chargers.

I am looking forward to using the universal chargers too, Because it is bring more convience. It is so awful when you do not carry your own charger. Thanks for sharing the good news.

This is really good news, I have a lot of chargers; however there with my favorite is the multi-purpose charger. This charger has power-saving mode.
