Can you do a Hard Reset or try reinstalling the official ROM? If you get this phone from a shop or from a mobile plan, it's probably better if you go back to the shop and ask about it too

Thanks Dave.

Well, the GPS software (like TomTom, Destinator, etc) unfortunately are not free.. technically yes you can download them, but I won't go any further than that here :)

Once you have the GPS software and purchase the map, it's good to go! And using it will be totally free. It'll take some time to get the initial lock though, unlike the GPS that you see inside cars.

The quality of music is great with the headphone, but of course, it can't beat my Logitech 5.1 speakers :) Maybe you can give it a try on the shop, I'm sure the shop assistant will be happy to give you a try

Hi Mike,

thanks for the good review.

you said that the PDA comes with built in GPS, so that's mean we just need to download for the GPS software..and it will ready to go?

How's the quality of the music when you hear it using headphones?

thanks mate,
davy

I'd prefer to play games on it than watching movies on the tiny screen :D But I guess it's just a matter of preference heh heh.

iPhone wins because of its sexy look (my opinion). I'd rather get this phone which can do more than what iPhone does. Besides, if you install PointUI (free) or SPB Mobile Shell, you pretty much have a PDA what looks kinda like iPhone interface :)

I bought it around AUD $900-$1000 at that time I think.. it surely is cheaper now :(
