Unfortunately, I never use BlueHost before so I can't give my opinion on that. Have you tried to calculate HostGator total price? You can get a 20% off from the coupon code on their main page. I love HostGator because you can see your CPU usage real time from their control panel. That way, you can fix your problem while looking at the usage monitor.
