I get so tired of looking at my web statistics in Awstats and then going over to Google Analytics to see the actual traffic to my blog. Why is there such a big difference? One of the reasons is trackback spam, and it affects a lot of WordPress sites.

Hm, I'm not sure. Honestly speaking, I usually just link back to people's post without bothering to put trackbacks on the links

Trackbacks work for my blog.
But, I have a strange problem. DO you have that?

If i have a publish a post with (say) 3 previous posts links. Upon publishing i see only one trackback. I need to save 2 moretimes to get the other 2 trackbacks?

Does any body has this problem? If yes how do i resolve it?

Nihar´s last blog post..Demonoid Private Torrent Tracker - Registrations are open!!

Well you usually need to put /trackback/ at the end of the post's URL. Yours is quite unique though..it ends with archive/postID? Is that a WordPress blog? Does it have a trackback/pingback feature?
