Happy New Year 2009!

The whole team here at Craving Tech (well, just myself really ) wish you all a Happy New Year! I’m not in Melbourne at the moment so I’ve missed the New Year party with my friends that we’ve been doing regularly every year. Hope you all had a great New Year’s party! Please share some photos of the parties on the comments section as I’d be interested to see them!

It’s been a mad year for me as a blogger in 2009 (which I will reflect in a minute) and I know for some of you, it’s been a mad year too!

In late 2009, I realized that this blog had become more than just a hobby which I then decided to re-brand my personal blog (Michael Aulia’s Blog) to “Craving Tech”. I hesitated at first but after a few weeks of shifting focus, I didn’t regret my decision at all. A few unhappy readers (sorry, I can’t please everyone) but I guess you’ve found out that I haven’t changed at all

Ever since I was nominated and went to Nuffnang Blog Awards 2009, I know this is the real deal. The recognition to be one of the great bloggers on the blogosphere, came at a surprise. I felt like a celebrity!

In 2009, this blog also received a number of recognition from big vendors and I’ve had lots of review requests (gadgets and applications mostly). Microsoft, Razer, Dyson, HP, LG, and Symantec are just some of them (I’m sorry that I can’t mention every one here). To review their products was my dream when I started this blog. So I think I need to think of a new dream now!

I’m really looking forward to 2010 because CravingTech.com was only a month away and it’d be interesting to find out what awaits in 2010. So have a lovely new year again and looking forward to connect with you all closer in 2010!
