There's really not much to the certification at all. All there is to it is pass Exam 70 - 571 TS: Microsoft Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Development or Exam 70 - 500. TS: Microsoft Windwos Mobile 5.0 - Implementing and Managing Depending which flavor of OS you are currently interest in developing. Window mobile utilize other MS technology such as Exchange Server and Active Directory. Developer are given a rich stack of API to work with from .NET framework.
