There are already lots of free file sharing sites online that give you easy access to upload and share your files with friends. Sites such as RapidShare, Mediafire, and many others already give you this privilege. Here is another one, called “S4ve.as”. S4ve.as (or “Save As”) that doesn’t limit the file size you are uploading so you are free to upload and share large files to your friends easily.

However, the link will only be active for 24 hours. This is how the server can handle large uploaded file sizes. It automatically cleans the files every 24 hours. It’s fine if you just just want to have a quick file sharing with friends. If you want the files to be hosted permanently, you might have to look elsewhere.

24 hours is a little too short for my needs, by the time I communicate the location of the file with the intended receiver(s), the time will be up.
Yeah, this is only when you are chatting with someone and need a place where files can be transferred quicker than through the instant messaging application, I guess
“the link will only be active for 24 hours.” this is interesting line
It is good sharing file but the 24 hours time limit is the obstacle for download hunter.

This is better than mega upload but the twenty four hours time limit can interrupt the download. But it’s a good site though.

Yeah it’s not free anymore unfortunately. I was bashing the owner about it because there are many other free services out there that I’d rather choose than pay to upload my files.
You can always go for mediafire.com (the best one) and many others like rapidshare, megaupload, etc
