There seems to be a change of logo in the upcoming Firefox 3.5 (I’m using the Beta 4 at the moment). Besides the fox getting its hair straightened, I don’t see any other significant changes (well I can see them but do they matter?).
Don’t even think that people will realize about the change unless if you are using a dock application with big icons.

Well, i don’t really like it when things I am used to decide to change on me, but the change does make sense. The ‘fire’ looks more like fire now, and he fox looks more like a fox.
Probably the designer(s) is just too free and voila, proposing a new logo which looks more 3D.

I agree, the change is trivial to the logo so you wont notice it really, not unless you obsess about detail.
